5 “i fucking hate you” starsi just know i’m suffering a terrible book hangover now。 what a brilliant surprise release from jodi！ danny and rose’s story was much darker than i’ve grown used to reading lately but i don’t regret it。 rtc :）

Mafia Jodi Style This is a first in this genre by Jodi ， but as usual Jodi has done it again。 Twists and turns ， from violent gun toting thugs， to the most loving， tender and downright hot love scenes。 The ending ， what can you say brilliant 。 Another 5 star read ， join Danny and Rose on their epic journey

JEM does it again！Wow。。。。。 I completely devoured this book in one sitting talk about unputdownable！ I never wanted it to end。 I could read Jodi’s words forever， another fabulous read to add to her collection and she’s now given us a new alpha to rival Jesse Ward （I didn’t think that I would ever write those words）。 Do not even hesitate to read this， let her take you on a mafia high， I think I’m still coming down。。。。 Bravo Jodi， queen of the alphas 😘

The BritWow！ This was the best surprise ever！ Dark and dangerous but sexy and intense all at the same time。 This book had all the feels and some。 Every page had me wanting more of Danny and Rose。 They are the true definition of Ride-or-die。 Highly recommend！

Well shocker one was that lovely Jodi released a book yesterday so naturally as a huge huge fan of hers I downloaded straight away。。 and started reading on my lunch break， picked it up again when I finished work and finished at 3am。 Great story， gritty， totally different than her other books but not in a bad way， steamy scenes as we love， action packed with a great plot twist。 10000000000% recommend gonna re read at a more leisurely pace :0

“The Brit is a Tour De Force of action， suspense， passion and gut wrenching emotion” I can finally unzip my mouth and finally talk about DANNY bloody Black！ Jem alpha no 11 is finally here！ First and foremost The Brit is unlike any other Jodi book。。。like ever！ At times you will be thinking am I really reading a Jodi Ellen Malpas book - yes baby you are！ I’ve always wanted Jodi to discover the darker path in her writing and here it is。 She touched the surface with Gentleman Sinner and Theo Kane “The Brit is a Tour De Force of action， suspense， passion and gut wrenching emotion” I can finally unzip my mouth and finally talk about DANNY bloody Black！ Jem alpha no 11 is finally here！ First and foremost The Brit is unlike any other Jodi book。。。like ever！ At times you will be thinking am I really reading a Jodi Ellen Malpas book - yes baby you are！ I’ve always wanted Jodi to discover the darker path in her writing and here it is。 She touched the surface with Gentleman Sinner and Theo Kane a couple of years ago， but with Danny Black， boy she doesn’t hold back and I truly love her even more for that。 The Brit is the book I’ve wanted for a while now。 I knew Jodi had it in her to write this and what a brutal， tragic story it is。 My advice， definitely go in blind。 I hadn’t even read any synopsis before I was kindly sent an arc from Jodi。 We’ve had no introductions to Danny Black like we have had with Jodi’s previous alphas （via the ampersand app a few years ago） so for me， it was like meeting her first alpha all over again。 Another little bit of advice is please don’t compare Danny Black with any other Jem alpha as he is in a completely different league altogether- for one he would kill Jesse and Co just for fun lol。。。。。I shit you not！ Danny has been raised in a dark world， a world where he is King。 A world where there are no second chances and he’s the Angel faced assassin。 This book starts with a double boom。 If you haven’t read dark romance trope before， the prologues alone will surprise you big time。 For me， I was like yassss， get in there Jodi！ I just knew this book was going to be for me。 The Brit It’s a whirlwind of emotions。 Danny and Rose’s relationship is a completely toxic one。 This isn’t hearts and flowers。 Again， don’t compare this with any previous Jodi story。 Rose and Danny are two characters who are tragically damaged， fighting their way through this dark life they live in to find the light。I don’t want to give too much away， you simply have to read this masterpiece yourself。。。。and yes it is a masterpiece！ It’s undeniably Jodi’s best work to date！ Dark Jodi has arrived - and she better be staying！ Again， DO NOT compare Danny with any previous Jodi alpha- The Brit is in a class of his own。 Come on。。。come to the Dark Side 🖤😈 。。。more
